With busy lifestyles and limited time many people are looking for economical and green ways to start a garden. The local professionals on hand during our May 'Ask-a-Pro' will help answer any questions you may have on the topic.

They can help you with starting a garden utilizing containers, raised beds and living walls. Or you can ask about composting, chicken coops and rain barrels. The pros will help you get started with any of these (or other gardening) projects, by telling you about the supplies needed and how to get building.

Prices range from $3 for a small bedding plant to $30 for a larger hanging basket. It's the perfect time of year to do some last-minute planting, especially to get some ideas at our Ask-a-Pro event Saturday, May 18.
